Level 2 Support Coordination is a partnership between NDIS participants and our support coordinators. Working together, we’ll listen closely to you so we can learn what your goals and aspirations are, coming up with a plan that helps you strengthen your support networks and achieve the lifestyle you desire.

The support that our team offers includes NDIS planning, completing referrals, and linking you to services. We’ll pair you up with an experienced support coordinator, so that you’ll have consistency of care at all times. Once we’ve met to discuss your goals and NDIS budget, we’ll offer ongoing assistance.
